SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
We accept only the highest quality content, as we have built a reputation for professional presentation and practical information.
We reserve the right to refuse any information that is poorly written or does not fit the overall style and focus of EEW.

Please send all article submissions to
articles@eewmagazine.com. We endeavor to respond to all submissions promptly, but depending upon the volume of articles we receive, it may not always be possible to do so. We cannot guarantee that we will
use all articles we are given, but we do read each and every one. If we elect to feature your work, you will be notified via the
email address you provided during registration.

Please be patient. *
Allow up to (12) twelve weeks for the review of your submission. When you send us your work, please
use a subject line that says, “Article Submission” plus the appropriate category. Please include a relevant bio and at least two
writing samples to be considered for inclusion in the magazine. If you are not a part of our full time editorial team, we do not  
offer compensation for article submissions, but you will be given full credit and invaluable exposure for your work.

Submissions to EEW must be between 800 words to 1,500 words. *Any recipe-related sections or quick tips may be shorter.
Please remember to make a notation at the beginning of the article body, if your article falls outside of our standard word count.

Note: Please do not be offended if your work is not chosen. If we have not contacted you within the standard 12-week period you
may safely assume that your work was not selected to be featured in EEW Magazine. If you desire, you may send a follow-up
email to
submissions@eewmagazine.com with questions about the status of your submission.

RIGHTS AND REGULATIONS
We request one-time electronic rights and the right to keep chosen submissions in archive.

By submitting an article to Empowering Everyday Women, you hereby grant us permission to publish and edit it, for length and
content, as necessary, without monetary compensation on www.eewmagazine.com.  Should your article be published on our
site, in return, we will also publish your byline containing your contact information and a link to your website that will increase
traffic and exposure for you.  

Furthermore, you grant permission for your article to be reprinted in our various newsletters, as long as your bio and link
remain completely intact. This allows for promotion of your writing, as well as, promotion for your website. By submitting your
contribution, you represent that you are its author or creator, or that you are submitting it with the permission of its author or

Top 5 Things NOT to Do When Submitting Your Work for Consideration

1.) Do not send promotional content. Any articles that serve to overtly promote you, your book, event, business, ministry,
product or service, while providing minimal benefit to the reader, will not be accepted.

2.)
Do not embed links inside your article. They will be removed. You are only allowed one link in your byline, which is at the
bottom of your article.

3.)
Do not submit plagiarized work, otherwise your registration will be immediately cancelled and in the future, you will not be
allowed to submit any more content.

4.)
Do not “code” your article using HTML tags. Our team of web editors will format and post your article.

5.)
Do not submit logos or other graphics. They will not be posted. If you wish to advertise on eewmagazine.com, visit our
advertising page request a media kit. *You may submit a high-resolution photo (72 dpi) along with your article. However, we
cannot guarantee photo usage.
